Wedding & Event Planning

Full Service Event Planning
(Average price ranges from $3,500 - $7,500 depending on guest count)
  • Continuous phone/email contact with me
  • ​Manage vendor relations for event, ceremony and/or reception; act as liaison between you and the vendors
  • Assist with recommendations and help with your Venue selection
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of your ceremony and reception.
  • Catering: gather proposals, assist with menu development, coordinate tastings, and assist with details.
  • Bartender referrals and recommendations.
  • Assist in event design by consulting on color selection, linens, lighting, floral design, and accents.
  • Recommend and coordinate bakery visits and tasting and cake design, flavors and/or dessert selections.
  • Assist with coordination of live musicians, bands, DJs. or other options for your ceremony and celebration.
  • Refer photographers, videographer, photo-booth, and audio visual production for your event.
  • Assist with invitation and save-the-date cards coordination.
  • Professional make-up and hairstyle artists referrals.
  • Assist with guest accommodations at hotels.
  • Coordinate the transportation logistics.
  • Coordinate the rehearsal dinner and the day after brunch.
  • Create floor plans and layouts for your event.
  • Final site visit/ walk through
  • Work closely with Bride and Groom to design the processional and recessional for ceremony
  • Provide security options for your event.
  • Manage permits, licensing, and insurance.
  • Attend and lead the Rehearsal as needed
  • All day of Coordination Duties
  • Point of Contact for vendors, family, and guests

Wedding Day of Coordination:
$100 per hour; minimum of 4 hours (Price Ranges from $400 - $1,200)
​This package includes the Zoom 1-Hour Wedding Workshop

  • On site Ceremony coordination
  • On site Reception coordination
  • Zoom, 1-hour "Wedding Workshop" to discuss Time Line, Day of Logistics, Family and Wedding Party Information, Personal Items Check List and Vendor Contact Information.
  • Finalized Timeline will be sent to all the vendors the week of the wedding.
  • Rehearsal Attendance (1 Hour) and Lead Rehearsal, if required
  • Wedding Day Point of Contact onsite at venue

Partial Planning:
(Price Ranges from $1,000 - $2,500) Price quote ranges based on hours of service required and guest count
  • ​Venue and vendor referrals
  • Assist with catering referrals and proposals
  • Decoration design assistance; work directly with contracted decoration company.
  • Customized planning to accommodate your needs.
  •  Includes all Wedding Day of Coordination Package and Services listed above.​
  • Meet Clients for Venue walk through with venue coordinator and any other vendors (photographer, decorator, and caterer).
  • Rehearsal ​Attendance and Lead Rehearsal, if required
  • Wedding Day Point of Contact
